CLARIFICATION:

So which Dee Lee are you looking for? There is an offensive article that has been circulating on the Internet titled, “Blacks Don’t Read”. I did not author this article nor did I read the article on the radio. Another Dee Lee supposedly read this article on a Philadelphia radio station during his radio show. This e-mail has been circulating on the Internet for over fifteen years and during those years many things have been erroneously added to the gossip chain.

Dr. Arthur Lewin of the Black and Hispanics Studies Department at Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York edited this article many, many years ago and sent it out to a few friends. They in turn sent it out to a few more friends. And it started. It has now been around the world. You can reach Dr. Lewin at [email protected] for more information. I hope this information clarifies this situation.
